Some Triangular Thoughts draws on Glasgow based artist, Lauren Gault’s ongoing research surrounding Martha Craig – an explorer, scientist and sci-fi author as well as Lauren’s great-great-great aunt. Lauren’s writing transports the reader through refracting, but simultaneously converging, narratives that oscillate between the writing and lectures of her distant relative, memory, materialist philosophy and scientific theory.
Connected by their birthplace of Northern Ireland, Martha Craig and Lauren Gault work in dispersed ways, as the publication travels across time and space.
